Throughout the day, participants will be exposed to samples of strategies to build active reading, self-monitoring, questioning, visualizing, inferring, determining importance, summarizing, and synthesizing. Teachers will have the opportunity to develop a lesson for their grade level to build their students’ reading comprehension skills.
All workshops have a cost, unless otherwise indicated. No one will be turned down due to cost. If you have any issues making a payment in full, please email Judy Oppenheim.
A cholov yisroel lunch will be served with each workshop.
