At 11:00 AM on January 6th, The Jewish Education Project will hold 2 regional Spelling Bees.  The first and second place champions from each of these Bees will participate in the Daily News Citywide Spelling Bee in the spring.

There will be a cholov yisroel pizza lunch after the morning bees followed by a bee in which all contestants will have the chance to compete for the title of “The Jewish Education Project Spelldown Citywide Champion.”  The first and second place champions will be the fifth and sixth entrants into the Daily News Citywide Spelling Bee. This afternoon bee will end between 1:30 and 2:00 PM.
