Math in Focus

Please note that this workshop will be held remotely.

This workshop is for schools that already use Math in Focus. It will provide them with support to shift to virtual/hybrid model. All of these sessions address remote and in-person learning. There are 4 different sessions during this day.

Sessions:

• 8:30-10:30 AM: Plan Effective Math Learning Experiences
• 10:45 AM- 12:45 PM: Stimulate Student Thinking Through Problem-Solving and Discourse
• 1:15- 2:30 PM: Maximizing Learning with Digital Resources
• 2:45- 4:30 PM:  Engage and Empower Diverse Learners

This workshop is open to teachers in New York City only, as it is funded by Title IIA. Administrators, paraprofessionals, and P3 providers welcome.
