Announcing Thriving Retreat 2020 - a great opportunity for anyone who is passionate about thriving in Jewish education. New content. New speakers. New ideas.  Join us for groundbreaking conversations and experiences that will inspire both returning participants and first-time attendees.

Learn from experts about using theories of thriving in Jewish educational settings and gain practical and adaptable techniques. Explore thriving through the lenses of grit, empathy and gratitude. Participate in powerful learning experiences crafted and presented by celebrated experiential educators. Each day will feature time to apply and adapt these experiences to your educational setting in a supportive environment with like-minded peers. Take home tools to help transform your institution and promote a sense of well-being in yourself, your team and your learners.

2020 Retreat Overview

This is a residential retreat. There is no commuter rate. One of the retreat’s goals is to create a cohort of learners that will be emotionally and physically present throughout the entire experience. This will facilitate continued growth after the retreat and opportunities for future connection between professionals.

2020 Retreat Details

Experiential components will begin Monday, June 1 at 5 pm and conclude Wednesday, June 3 at 2 pm.

Additional Opportunity!

In need of a refresher? Missed last year’s retreat? Join us for a 3-hour Thriving Bootcamp! This optional retreat add-on will take place on Monday, June 1 from 1 pm–4 pm prior to the start of the Thriving Retreat. Light lunch will be served. Add this for $36 when registering.
